Marcia Kepler (President)

Marcia brings a background of customer service and technological experience to desme clients.

Working more than 15 years with Hilton Hotels Corporation, as well as other hotel companies, Marcia gained valuable on-site hotel experience, but soon began focusing on technology and training. She then turned her attention to technology for various industries, including Insurance. After nearly 10 years working on Microsoft and proprietary software for her employers, Marcia organized a new company , desme.

Marcia's duties in desme include website development usability testing, training on Microsoft desktop software, computer based training both online and offline, presentations and demonstrations, as well as monitoring customer service.

Marcia has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from New York State University, Brockton, NY.
