Ashraf is the Chief Arhitect of desme. Ashraf has over 5 years of experience designing enterprise level application arhitecture. He has been part of over 18 enterprise level software development projects. While developing and managing a team of highly qualified Software Engineers, he contains and maintains a set of well defined engineering practices developed by him and other online developer communities.

Ashraf was awarded the "Most Valuable Professional" (MVP) in ASP.NET category by Microsoft Inc. for 2007, for his outstanding contribution to the .NET development community and implementing Best Practices using Microsoft technologies.

Besides sharing his ideas with his professional team members, he is active in the online and off-line developer communites. He is a group leader and session organizer for an associate group of INETA (International .NET Association), a Microsoft supported user group community. Ashraf regularly contributes to online publications including IEEE Computer Society the principal site of ASP.NET. He has over 11 research papers, technical articles, and 8 open source contributions among these publications. He also moderates few blogs to discuss and share technology knowledge. One of his blogs were recognized as one of the best by popular microsoft technology based portal "Only4Gurus.com"

Ashraf's expertise includes C#, VB.NET, Three Layered Service Pattern, SQL Server 2000-2005, VSS 6.0, ADO .NET, XML, Web Service, Visual Studio .NET 2002-2003-2005, ASP.NET, Ajax, JAVA and other advanced technology platforms.
