My name is Marcia Kepler. I am the president of desme and I also head our consulting division. The consulting services desme provides include training courses delivered in house or online.

We provide instructional design services, generating facilitator or participant guides. We offer project management services. We also offer user acceptance testing and UAT management. We provide copyrighting services. We also can provide help pages for any technical or software needs. desme's consulting services have offered such things as user acceptance testing and instructional design for a national logistics company and hospitals. We've written course ware for fortune 500 companies in the banking and commercial insurance industries. We've managed software implementation for hospitals and residential insurance firms. We've offered interactive online training for medical centers. We've given proof of concept services for major food and snacks company and we've generated help pages for the hospitality industry.
